My background
My Family and I have lived in North Texas for more than 30 years. We built our first home in Plano in 1993 and we later moved to Parker in 2008. We love the upscale “Country Living” lifestyle with close proximity to big city conveniences. We also love the laid back, carefree, small town atmosphere and wonderful neighbors that Parker is famous for. I enjoy working tirelessly to make Parker a better place to live.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering degree from Marquette University (Milwaukee, Wisconsin). I have held several positions at large corporations including Design Engineer, Field Applications Engineer and FAE Manager, Transceiver Technology Specialist, and Regional Sales Manager roles. I understand how to scope and define requirements for projects and propose cost optimized solutions. I also understand how to lead people and projects, share ideas, and work with people in a professional, collaborative environment to achieve win-win outcomes.

My husband, Jeff, and I both earned degrees in electrical engineering. We have been blessed with 3 children and we have cherished every moment of raising our children in Parker. We attend mass at Saint Jude Catholic Church in Allen. Our children attended grade school and middle school at St. Mark Catholic School and then went on to graduate from John Paul II High School in Plano. Our sons graduated from UT Austin and now work for ABC News and Micron Technology. Our daughter graduated from UCLA and she works for Texas Instruments. Parker will always be our home and the place we gather to make new memories with friends and family.

I understand the value of preserving Parker to be this special place to live that we all know and love. That’s why I'm running for re-election to the Parker City Council. I seek to preserve our "Country Style" large lot community, while maintaining and improving our city services that provide affordable water, safe streets, improved drainage, and affordable updated municipal facilities for our city staff. Help me to help you achieve our mutual goals. I value the same things that you value. Great City Services without increasing our taxes.
