Goals for Parker for the Next 2 years

- Maintain Low Taxes for our residents

- Preserve our large lot size requirement for new developments (2-acre minimum)

- Complete our planned street, water, and drainage improvement projects

- Address the needs of our Administrative, Police, Fire, and Public Works departments

Interview and hire a new City Administrator.

Interview and hire a permanent City Attorney (individual or firm).

Address any additional staffing resource needs

Update the Capital Improvement Plan to extend beyond 2029 

Complete the projects outlined in the Capital Improvement Plan for the 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 Fiscal Years

- Includes paving Dublin Road South and paving Lewis Lane 

- Water Line replacement for Dublin Road North

- Design and build of the new Water Department Building at the Dillehay Pump Station

Work together with our Public Works department to develop a annual Street Maintenance Plan

  - This is a list of roads that need patching

  - This plan is separate from Capital Improvement Plan projects

 Evaluate drainage issues to understand root causes and provide solutions 

 -  Review previous research and recommendations and develop a drainage report and proposal

Working together with the new City Administrator, Mayor & City Council, City Staff, and Residents, re-evaluate options for a new Police Building and Administrative building.

Replace Vehicles and Equipment per the Capital Improvement Plan and future needs

Parker prides itself on building a strong Community, and I will continue to foster this spirit.

 - I support our Parks and Recreations department to sponsor fun events for our community

 - I support landscaping and park improvements throughout our public spaces.  

 - I support community involvement in committees to serve together with the City Council to make Parker a great place to live
