Capital Improvement Plan
Created the first ever Capital Improvement plan for the City with Terry Lynch as co-chair. This plan establishes a blueprint for our future capital projects.

NTMWD Water Connection at the Dillehay Pump Station
Achieved a contract modification with the North Texas Municipal Water District to enable the 2nd water take point to be connected to the pump station & lifted the moratorium on new building permits.
Road Construction Projects and Infrastructure Planning
Completed road maintenance (patches) on Lewis Ln, Curtis Rd, Dublin Rd S-Curve, Moss Ridge
Completed road reconstruction on Church Lane
Completed Jurisdiction Analysis of Lewis Lane with proposals to re-pave the road
Grant research with NCTCOG & Federal Infrastructure Bill - Safe Streets and Roads 4 All (SS4A)
Created a plan for all major road construction projects for the next 5 years
Water Line Construction Projects and Water Infrastructure Maintenance
Installing New Water Lines along FM 2551 ($1.2M)
Completed Engineering Design and Water Line Replacement along Dublin Road South ($1.3M)
Installing NTMWD Take Point 2 Connection to the Dillehay Pump Station
Purchased a backup pump motor and completed maintenance on our Main Water Tower ($76K)
Keeping Parker "Safe" - Police and Fire
Promoted Police Chief Kenneth Price and Fire Chief Justin Miller and Assistant Fire Chief Jeff Kendrick to their roles
Approved replacement Fire Pumper and Brush Trucks
Approved replacement Police Vehicles
Approved new Police Body Cams and Fire SCBA equipment
Keeping Parker "Country" - Working with Developers
Worked to oppose the Huffine's Waste Water Treatment Plant and MUD high density housing project
Worked to preserve 2 acre lot zoning ordinance within the City of Parker city limits
Worked to preserve special activity district and agricultural open space zoning in accordance with our comprehensive plan
Supported the Buckingham Lot Venture Annexation and Development Plan
Performed thorough plat reviews and supported new Whitestone and Kings Crossing Phases
Keeping Parker "Fun" - Parks and Recreation
Approved a New Portable Stage and Sound System for Parkerfest and other events
Approved additional budget to fund Park and Rec activities including Parkerfest
Administrative Staff
Authored and passed an Ordinance to create the position for the City Administrator
Sponsored the review of the refreshed Personnel Manual
Researched Resolutions and Ordinances that define our Administrative Organizational Chart
Led the review of Engineering RFP responses for 15 categories of Engineering Services
